Do you love cities cause I feel like I don’t have the answer to this question. I’m an engineer in a city and there are many people like me here. People away from their home, away from their childhood friends and family. For me its a bit different I live with my school buddies. They’ve made my life a little better here and yeah one more thing I’m actually going back home. I work remotely now and I’m here just because of the people I love here.

When I first moved here it was not too much to be honest I spent time on my desk in my office and then I came back home. A lot of time was spent commuting I was using metro to go to the office. Now I don’t use metro anymore I don’t really like it. I started going out meeting new people after one year in this city. Which is kinda stupid cause this just means that I wasted one whole year sitting in my room and in the office.

Cities are loud and they’re bright. They’re not clean and not pleasant to live in. If you are good at making friends then you’ll love it here cause lots of places to party and do activities that you really like. I’m not an explorer so most of my exploration only happens when I’m out with friends. These cities do give you a sense of freedom but you might also feel lonely at times so be ready for that. If you don’t think much tho then you’re all good.

I don’t really know why I’m writing this post like a guide to live in a city cause its really not that. I’m a newbie city guy who doesn’t even like it that much so don’t follow me. There’s too much to explore too much to do. You can find new hobbies and with that new friends. You’ll see new places and experience new culture. As I’m writing this I realised how a city is a cultural hub. Like you’ll find different kind of people everywhere you go. Its nice to explore while you’re in a city.

Okay I don’t know how helpful this post is for any of you reading but I just wanted to put it out there. Cities are fun and so is internet I sometimes wish more people had websites where I could go and read what was going on in their lives. While I know that social media exists for this reason only I don’t really like it that much. It’s crowded with performance and competition. People are competing to be more famous not more creative. A personal blog seems like a more creative outlet to me.

Its 3:00 Am again and I have work tomorrow I won’t be going to bed right now but lets see.
